OAXACA

S'il y a bien une ville aux allures coloniales à ne pas manquer c'est Oaxaca. Reconnue pour sa cuisine, mais pas seulement, cette ville est aussi une source d'inspiration pour les artistes. Une grosse demi journée suffit à explorer son centre, alors baladez vous dans les rues, ne ratez pas les marchés et visitez quelques musées ; mais surtout arrêtez vous un instant et entrez dans l'église Santo Domingo - effarante de détails.
