Soba my favourites! I'm now addicted to this healthy meal : cold soba. Kaoriya Soba is kind of an hidden place in Ebisu, I highly recommanded it! Try the soba with sesame sauce.
Devenue addict des sobas froid, ce plat est aussi très bon pour la santé. Kaoriya Soba est un restaurant à la façade plutôt discrète, donc pas forcement facile à trouver, mais je vous le recommande. Essayez-les avec la sauce au sésame

Native to Osaka, I discovered this dish for the first time in Tokyo : it's the perfect snack. You can try it in one of the various Gindaco restaurants, but I think my favorites were from the little place in "Cat Street", Harajuku.

It is a restaurant close to Omotesando specialize in Gyoza. Often crowded, it is best to go there during the week. They cook gyoza in two different way, but I can't tell which one I prefer, so you should try both!
